Here we will delve into the concept of ocean cellaring wine, at 20m depths where the swell and tides allow the wine to mature perfectly. During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to view live tanks and divers’ office where a team of expert divers work to ensure successful deployments and high-quality harvests. You’ll also be able to observe the processing facility. The tour concludes in their 'Ocean Pantry' where you will enjoy freshly cooked abalone and ocean cellared ‘Subsea Estate’ wines while enjoying views of the Augusta Boat Harbour.

• From there will see you participate in a ‘Vino in the Vines’ experience and beyond the farmhouse at ‘Glenarty Road’ an ultimate wine, farm, and food adventure! Here you will journey through the farm, and enjoy up to 10 wines right at the source, paired with a roaming four-stage feast of seasonal produce, farm snacks, house-made charcuterie, and freshly baked bread. The ultimate adventure for the true epicurean who is looking for an in-depth and down-to-earth wine experience. ‘Glenarty Road’ are a boutique farm-to-table restaurant and winery based in Karridale, with a strong focus to make world-class wine, grow fresh seasonal produce & raise grass-fed meat.

• Our final stop includes a visit to ‘Voyager Estate’ with its beautiful ‘Cape Dutch’ architecture, set amongst expansive, landscape designed gardens and vineyards. A bespoke tasting designed around you, 'Savour Voyager' is a hosted wine journey that is thoughtfully tailored to your preferences.  Hosted by knowledgeable Wine Guides, you’ll be taken through each pour with insights into their certified organic philosophy, as well as viticulture and winemaking. Your tasting is further elevated with a selection of paired snacks from their acclaimed Restaurant.
